Deposit &amp; Payment• No deposit is required. Your credit card details will be required to confirm and hold your booking.Making a booking will indicate acceptance of these booking conditions. **Please note that your Credit Card details are taken as a guarantee of your reservation, with your accommodation total taken two days prior to your arrival date.• Prices listed include GST, where applicable. Confirmation and invoices are subject to re-issue if incorrect through error or omission and the passenger accepts the liability to then pay the correct cost or to decline to retain the reservation.• Credit card merchant fees apply for payments made via Mastercard, Visa and Amex. Cancellations• Please note a one night cancellation fee is applicable for any reservation that is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival. For cancellations with a notice of more than 48 hours prior to check-in, no charge will be made.• No shows and cancellations on day of arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee at the discretion of the property management. Amendments to Date or Property• Up to 48 hours prior to check in – $20 amendment fee (subject to availability).• Within 48 hours prior to check-in – amendments not accepted. Should there not be an apartment of equal or better standard in the vicinity of the original booking, it may be required to provide clients with an apartment of a lesser standard. If this is the case, any reduction in costs will be refunded to the client.• The alternatives offered are at Cosmo Apartment Hotel's discretion. Should the client wish to choose a property of a standard other than that offered under this condition, then the client will be required to pay any difference in price between the Cosmo Apartment Hotel recommended property and their own choice of property. Accommodation• Whilst care is taken to ensure that the description of facilities and services of Cosmo Apartment Hotel is accurate, these are continually being changed, upgraded and on occasion taken out of service. If any feature/facility is essential for the guest in choosing a particular property, it is advisable that the guest checks this with the property, prior to booking.
